"Our stay was very good at Affarwat. Food was the best part. Recommended hotel in Gulmarg. The only thing I didn’t like is when we refuse the tip at the checkout why does the staff gets so much angry. Professionalism says that you shouldn’t even ask for tip because customer have already paid for the stay and if we say No then the staff should be polite enough to accept that"

"It is a 3 star hotel, decent enough but not full heater. Yet they'll provide a room heater and a electric blanket with backup generator too. Not electric kettle given per room, but when asked for hot water, they'll provide immediately from a kettle. Cozy blankets and small room with good heaters provides an excellent stay, with taxi stands and bus stands in a 2 minute walkable distance. Only con is the Wifi, not so powerful wifi when you're staying in back rooms."
