"We visited the braustüble on November 1st. flair of a house, you knew exactly what you could adjust. deft, traditional eating too moderate trips. And that is true in the braustüble: the price-performance ratio is right. we have eaten the swab and the shrub in brown beer sauce, and that was all great in everything. only the potato dumplings worked like a moderately processed finished product. we were satisfied and would come back."

"Spent three!!! hours there last Friday, two of which waiting for main course. Our wine was given to someone else, by mistake, with apologies and promise to deduct 50 franks. Then we asked for one portion of risotinno with truffle to share and it was...perfect, but billed twice. I checked the bill for the first time over many years and found two mistakes. I hope that was a fault of the new waiter, since it was his second day, but it is totally not acceptable for the two stars michelin restaurant."

"We visited this restaurant once a while. Raclette Fondue is good. This time the evening did not end as expected. Disappointing was, that a bigger group >10 people) did not follow the current covid rules e.g. did not wear face masks, did not take a seat at all and screamed around that we could not discuss topics on our table as it was too loud. We reminded our waitress the owner that currently covid rules have to be followed. They were sorry about the group’s behaviour but did not take bigger action. "Went here with some friends for a vegetarian tasting menu. The food quality and the presentation was exquisite and the service was excellent the chef was extremely creative especially as he’d tried to use mainly seasonal and local produce. A wonderful dining experience and I would also say very good value given the time it must have taken."
