"I regularly eat Chicken or Kofte Kebabs, and not when out on the town so this is a sober kabab review! I ordered a Chicken Donner, which having had them at or other local Kebab Shops (Turkish Delight/Best Kebab/Millenium) are always a nice...quick meal with a bit of chilli sauce and salad. This was awful, the worst kebab I have had in my life without a doubt, it smelt horrible, the chicken was rubbery, and very soon after I began to eat it went into the bin. To top it off the Chicken Donner was for a small which is also more expensive than the others! Avoid at all costs."

"Have not used Efeler in a couple of years as we moved away, but having been told by a couple of friends that it had been revamped I decided to give it ago while visiting family. New menu is really good and the food was...amazing. You will not find a better kebab house in Hertfordshire."

"Ordered 2 donor kebabs and chicken nugget meal for my son. Driver turned up with 1 kebab and 2 portions of chips. Called flaming house and tried to explain the situation. Eventually they got it and within 20 mins the driver was back again with the correct items but upon taken it out to dish up it was all absolutely freezing, so they had obviously not issued a new order but just returned with the old one. I called to complain but yet again struggled to explain how disgusting the food was, cold and had to be nuked only to get a response of we won 't deliver to you again ! Disgusted! we do usually order once in while from this place but the rudeness and complete lack of giving a crap I will never order from them ever again. We all now feel completely sick and nauseating."

"Had regular size cod and chips (x2) from here several times this year. The portions are large. The fish was white and flaky, and the batter was fresh and crisp. The chips are fantastic. All cooked to perfection. We always phone ahead so it is cooked to order. I see that they do not hold any fish in the warmer, so it is always fresh. I have used several fish and chip shops over the years and none of them are as good as this. Very Highly Recommended."
