"2/22/22 I ordered thru the drive thru got to the window the lady handed me my bag and walked away from the window no thank you or good bye just walked away. "I mean yeah you can order from here, but you might not get your pizza. So there's that. You also aren't going to get great customer service. After waiting an hour for our pizza, I called to ask about it because the tracker said it was delivered. Took 3 times waiting on hold to actually talk to someone. Then, get this these people KNEW we didn't get our pizza and waited for us to call them. The lady I spoke to knew what order it was without me even having to tell her my name, and she knew that the order was delivered to the wrong address by the driver, yet she somehow didn't know to call me or start remaking the order. They waited for me to call them after over an hour. I was then told I could either wait another hour for them to remake it or they could issue a refund. It seems like people not actually getting the food they order is a common issue with this location according to the reviews. So yeah, go ahead and order your pizza if you're willing to gamble your time to see if you actually get it. I hope your kids aren't hungry."
