"The best thing about the 1854 tavern is you can just go in a have a few beers and chat with some locals! We were biking the Erie Canal and stopped in after dinner for a few and it was great! The owner even gave us both a bona fide Woden token for our return! If you are biking the canal or not it's worth a stop!"

"Showed up Saturday 7/29/23 with the kids while camping for the weekend nearby after a rainy day, looking for something fun to do, around 5:30pm. Place was closed, hours show open online so very disappointed kids. Hopefully the owner will see and so they can update their hours online. Call ahead before you show I guess."
