"We visited La Pommeraie twice in the last month. Once for dinner and once for Easter Sunday lunch. The management and staff are very atttentive. The dining room is spacious and the atmosphere is good terrace available in summer). Excellent food with perhaps pride of place to their home made foie gras. Fish dishes were particularly good. Fine dining at a very reasonable price!"

"A charming little creperie tucked just off the main high street in Bernay. It may only be eighty yards or so from the busy main street, but it's so peaceful you can enjoy your food without the constant smell of diesel fumes and noise. If...it's a crepe or galette you're after, you will be spoiled for choice. And if you don't speak French, one of the waiters will be happy to translate. They do a very good salad too. Limited choice of beer though. Can't have everything."
