"A friend recommended we give Spring Hollow a try, and we are so glad we did. The food was outstanding. Pepper crusted sirloin cooked perfectly and the fried shrimp were outstanding. Delicious fresh vegetables, but would like a small salad to accompany the dinner. Service wasn 't horrible just relaxed .....we had to track her down a few times for additional drinks and in particular to get the check. We weren 't in an extreme hurry but it was a little too long in between visits."
