"Obviously under new management. Had to send a cup back as it was clearly not clean, soup was cold and tasteless. No apology for either issue. My mother in law used the disabled toilet, which has an insecure seat, flushing suggests that main soil pipe is possibly blocked. Generally this used to be a bright vibrant place, it is well on its way to greasy spoon status. Suggest you get a grip before the business fails."

"What a sound! do not let the outer they take off! had tea/coffee and scones this afternoon and what a tasty bite. the scenes were so fresh and “like the grandma”. they were served with strawberry jam, fresh strawberries and fresher sawn. the flat white coffee was delicious. we talked to the new owner who told us that she originally had the tee room at dunluce, but in portrush moved to this new page. we will definitely come back. I wish they wished well in their new business venture."

"So disappointed.. this is a fast food restaurant, nothing else. Arrived to our table 18.45, ordered starters say 10 minutes later and they arrived at our table within 5 minutes. We were shocked. When the waitress came to clear the table we asked to hold the mains for 20 minutes only to be told they were ready but they held them. Obviously under a heat lamp. We could have been in and out in 20minutes."
