I sometimes get the courses, love love the maguro, tempura, lotus root dumpling and scallops. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations even if your Japanese is embarrassingly basic like mine. Have Dassai sake with fish, if you can. Sit at the counter, order a yuzu liqueur with soda and watch the well-oiled machine at work."

"Perpetually a line for this popular sushi connection on the Osaka Central Fish market. We waited 1.5 hours before we came to the little restaurant, but boy oh boy the sushi pieces were worth the long waiting period. Sweet fish on the perfect rice ball. This is a wonderful gourmet sky, sweet moments that will be buried unforgettable in our hearts."
