"Great nudelladen. corona prevention measures are present. tried the tokusei sakura ramen (special sakura ramen). the soy sauce based suppe was really tasteful (subtle taste with a hauch of acidity, really good), and the meat was also really delicious. also tried chashu soba. the meat portions were generous."

"It was my second visit. The food was fulfilling and I enjoyed various dishes. One thing I was interested in was the customer service of a young man (maybe a college student? . Place the dish you are serving, making the sound of a plate as if you were throwing it. When serving food, can't you stop your body and put it slowly and quietly? I feel sick. And even more offensive was when I brought Palmenara. The male clerk in the example scraped the cheese and sprinkled it on the pasta, and mixed the pasta and sauce with tongs. The pasta was mixed too much and the sauce spattered on the table. I was smirking to see if I could fly to my clothes. After all, the sauce was scattered on the desk and the cup, though it didn't fly on the clothes. I've been eating at Marino for over 10 years now, and it was the most disappointing customer service I've ever had (the second time at the Handa store . It's impossible to sprinkle sauce on the table to serve food in a demonstration, right? I think it's best not to let the clerk who covers the table with sauce make it. I felt that the clerk was not educated. I didn't point it out directly, but if it is left as it is, it will eventually become a big complaint. You should learn how to serve customers and serve food from scratch. That's too bad. Please improve. (Original 2回目の来店でした。料理等充実していて色んな料理が楽しめました。一つ気になったのが、若い男性(多分大学生?)の接客。提供する料理をまるで放り投げるかのように皿の音をたてながら置きます。料理を提供する際は、身体の動きを止めてゆっくり静かに置けないんですか?気分萎えました。そして更に気分を害したのがパルメナーラを持ってきた時です。例の男性店員がチーズを削ってパスタにかけて、トングで力任せにグチャグチャパスタとソースを混ぜてました。パスタの混ぜ方があら過ぎてテーブルにソースが飛びまくり。洋服に飛んでこないかヒヤヒヤしながら見てました。結局服には飛ばなかったものの机とコップにソースが飛び散ってました。もう10年以上前からマリノで食事してますが、今までで一番残念な接客でした(半田店では2回目)。実演で料理提供するのにテーブルにソース撒き散らしてつくるってありえないですよね?テーブルをソースまみれにする店員には作らせないほうがいいと思いますよ。店員の教育ができていないんだなと感じました。直接指摘しませんでしたが、そのままだとそのうち大クレームになりますよ。接客と料理の提供方法を1から学んだほうが良いです。残念でした。改善をお願いします。"
