"This places makes great, well priced burritos in a very clean and nice atmosphere but the endless haranguing of the staff by the owner/management is enough to keep me from returning. I was a regular here, its near my work and I liked going here. I started to notice a pattern over the last year where the owner/manager would be consistently rude to female customers (it is specific, I'm a dude and have brought female friends in who have noticed this, clearly); and the way he lights into the staff members is horrible. Even the shift supervisor (or possibly manager, I don't know, she's about 30 if that helps) speaks down to the staff she's working with - always. The training appears to be on-site and if one of the staff makes a mistake they are spoken to so harshly its unreal. I've honestly considered recording it because it happens EVERY TIME. Someone will make a small mistake (too much topping, etc according to whatever standard was decided on but not taught) and they get LIT INTO verbally. They all look like they are under fire, all the time, and honestly scared. The owner can only be described as one of those dudes you hate to be in an elevator with, the kind who hates people and is willing to smack you in the mouth for even looking his way. The place would have people sitting and eating but most people get their stuff to go and this is probably part of why (of course some people are just looking to take out, but I started getting my stuff to go because I had to hear the verbal abuse while eating). Seeing him wait on a customer is uncomfortable (especially a female customer, ladies beware) and the opposite of customer service. I've seen him correct my female friend TWO TIMES on what toppings she was 'allowed' to get on her order, instead of politely mentioning extra toppings would incur an extra charge... like any normal human. He has never talked to me that way or to friends who are men (and I asked them). It sucks because this is a good chain and the food is good but I can't stomach going in there anymore because of the owner and the supervisor's clear hatred for people including their staff and even customers. And there is something weird about how he talks to women, its really not cool and if he just wants male customers - dude - we are watching and listening too."

"Food was good but the 2 mountain dews I ordered were just straight up carbonated water. Their machine was probably out of syrup.... how they didnt notice Ill never know. Really disappointed. They couldnt tell the Mountain Dew was coming out clear? Wow not impressed"

"Pretty average for takeout. As expected quality. Went for Cinco de mayo deal. The cilantro fish burrito was quite good and a unique option. Extra for guac. The staff seemed to struggle with understanding what toppings people are asking for if it's outside of the order they point to them."
