"I have always gone to this Wendy’s but the past couple of times, I have not been able to order. The first time they said that they were closed (an hour before their posted closing time). The past two times their systems seem to be down an hour before closing and they are unable to take my order. I’m sad to say I will no longer being going to Wendy’s on Main Street in Poughkeepsie because they are unreliable."

"Went for the first time today, Im a vegetarian, so I ordered a Veggie Burrito bowl for pick up. Got my bag, got home, upon opening the bag I saw the sticker that had my order on it was correct, but when I opened to bowl I discovered theres either beef it pork in it, so I cant eat it. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I cant go back to the store to get a refund because I cant drag my toddler back out this late. Very frustrated and dissatisfied, probablywont be returning. EDIT: 100% will not be returning. Upon my complaint, I asked for a refund and was offered a BOGO coupon. Sorry not interested in wasting more money at this sh*t show. Extremely disappointed."

"Great eating bad service. so many special rolling and good quality fish. Unfortunately, they gave us only two minutes to search for a very extensive menu, we ask for more time and gave us only an additional minute, and beyond that my partner felt so eager to order because the waiters always asked back after the menu where he was ordered, and we don't order avocado and they brought another roll with the problem that they were more angry about who made it wrong. No one bothers to apologize or something, and the bigger problem is the reason for no avocado was on food allergies."

"Awesome new spot for date night. Very creative menu and pairings. Portion sizes are what you would expect with fine dining- it's about the flavor not the amount of food. Be prepared to order a few appetizers, service can be a bit slow. Well worth the money; will definitely be adding this restaurant into the rotation."

"I feel very confident eating here, which is a big deal to me. They have “vegan options available” painted on their window, and vegan options are clearly denoted in the menu. The items are not inherently vegan, and you do need to specify that you want the “vegan tacos/burrito/chimichanga etc.”, but no need to specify “no cheese/sour cream” or ask if the refried beans are vegan. The woman who took my order knew exactly what vegan meant. You will actually need to choose your vegan meat substitute because there are OPTIONS! I got the soy chorizo, but there are many others, including mushroom chorizo. The menus posted on Yelp do not reflect the new vegan choices, so call ahead or pick up a paper menu at the restaurant. The food was EXCELLENT, came with complimentary chips and salsa, and it paired nicely with the watermelon agua fresca I ordered. (And, I got to keep the glass jar! The decor is very bright and sweet as well. We’ll definitely be returning!"
