"Briefly, the view is lovely, the service was (at best) neutral, the breakfast was largely forgettable with the exception of the hash browns- nice and the eggs benedict- awful sauce. Eating breakfast out in Canada is such a holiday treat. We had been looking forward to the first breakfast of our holiday but unfortunately we left this restaurant feeling distinctly underwhelmed."

"Absolutely loved this great little gem. We went for lunch with family who have been coming here for many years, and I can see why. Not only was the food fantastic,fresh and well presented, but the lovely couple who run the place are so kind and treated us like family. It's a far trip for us to frequent, but we will definitely be back when visiting!"

"There is a lot choice in Gibson's but none were as busy as Smittys, with good reason, really good food good local beer and good atmosphere outside. It did get cool late evening, and inside was too noisey for us but overlooking the Landing harbour at sunset must be among the best views in the world."
