"The best burger I have had in a very very long time. Simply put , you will enjoy every single bite of the burgers. "A real nice experience that beggins with foie gras and smoked magret de canard with the company of a oaked swiss white wine, slightly sweet at the end, and continue with fondue borguignonne with a fantastic red of 2012, form the italian Alto Aldige region, complex, fresh and with the perfect structure for the meet and end with italian desserts of the house. The best meal in our seven days in the country, in a place that real worth the visit. Great servisse in that day."

"We were randomly on this hotel and booked in advance 2 nights. on the second evening we have reserved in the in-house restaurant and were not disappointed. the special röstikarte interested three of us four. the three different rösti were freshly made, beautiful to look and of good quality. simply fine.The horse-trecote with pfeffer sauce was fried on the point with light crust. the enough pfeffer sauce served was simply mega.It is that in the hotel and restaurant German speaking guests are apparently not expected. either you speak English or French with the "suisse alleand" or German. well, a few of the breaks from the school period were still familiar to us and so there were no difficulties.The price/performance ratio in the restaurant and in the cozy hotel have voted for us.Come again to explore more parts of this beautiful opposite and to enjoy hotel and restaurant again."

"Superbe découverte que ce restaurant... ce restaurant sort des classiques restaurants de station et propose une cuisine recherchée, pensée et magnifiquement exécutée. En entrée, le feuilleté de champignons et escargots était tout bonnement exquis. Ensuite la déclinaison autour du cochon était belle et bonne. Le morceau de bœuf angus était parfaitement cuit comme demandé. La carte des vins est fournie avec de bons vins au verre (ravis de nos choix en blanc et en rouge).Ce couple (madame en salle pour un service tout en délicatesse, monsieur en cuisine) mérite l'attention."

"Un cadre original et très bien décoré mais c'est tout. L'accueil des serveurs très limité on voit bien qu'ils sont débordés une attente entre la planchette apéro et la fondue de 30' il est donc 21h et on a faim. Sachant que le deuxième service commence à 20h30. La fondue moitié moitié était fade et donc sans intérêt. Heureusement qu'il y avait du poivre. Vraiment déçus.Nous étions en couple et avons mangé dans ce stress permanent renvoyé par les serveurs. Médiocre comme soirée."
