Fresh, great quality and flavor's are just as good, if not better than some of the dishes I've had in the past. We sat and ate for an jour and we watched fresh pans of food come out a few times. There is something for literally everyone one. Spicy, sweet, SAVORY... many varieties of meat, chicken, fish, pork, empanadas, salads, 4 rice choices, 3 4 bean types and more. I personally love the their use of cilantro and spices.... oh and the sauces... just a must visit and Eat. You can drive right by it... but stop in for a very fulfilling snack, meal or more. You will not be disappointed. Oh and just found out they have breakfast too!"
