Its no longer a warm inviting place to get a coffee. Half the staff seemed kind and genuine and the worker in the front (Caisse) was cold, rude and uninviting to the customers, other employeesand the man picking up the money. Its uncomfortable to be crammed in the tiny waiting space for 20 minutes waiting on your drink, only to have it come out wrong. They sacrificed speed, efficiency and the customer experience for a store renovation that wasn't an upgrade by any means."
