"Unfortunately I have to join many others: the lady behind the vase is unfriendly, you don't feel welcome. Especially when she turned her eyes when I said I'd like to eat here and not take away. It was too much for her to do more work. After almost 40 minutes the food came, in the meantime the guest appeared after me at the neighboring table and 3 orders 'to go' were already served. I had chickens with vegetables in 'Mangosauce'. Vegetables, rice and chickens are standard, so I enjoyed the mangosa sauce. Unfortunately in vain did not taste at all to Mango, just a yellow sauce with light vegetable taste boring. Paying out at the table was also not possible, I had to go in again, no idea why. We all know why. I would have been happy about a 'review' or 'thanks to the visit', but it didn't come, so I just said goodbye. There was a star out for the place, in the garden, the rest you can really save yourself. Will I go again? No, there's a lot better elsewhere and with a smile."

"We booked a romantic weekend at the Romantik Hotel Schwanefeld and a 3-course menu at Villa Il Mio. We were very friendly received by the service and could choose a table on the terrace. The restaurant was well visited. I guess half of the guests come from Hotel Schwanefeld, the owner is both, and the other half of the place. There is a colourful audience and a relaxed atmosphere. We felt just as comfortable, mainly due to the perfect operation of the young lady, so I haven't experienced her for a long time. We were even asked if the menu was so good or if we had a wish for change. Just very accommodating!!! In the house there is also a bowling alley with 2 lanes and a billiard room. On the way there was a tomato snack that was very tasty, the ingredients were fresh, the consistency was perfect. The main course was Penne al Salmone (pipe noodles with salmon cubes in cream sauce, with Broccoli). Here too, the food is very delicious and also very good in terms of freshness. As dessert there was the raspberry Panna Cota in the wine glass. The Panna Cota was made naturally and the raspberry mousse was fresh and was served warm. That's right. Actually, I'm not a friend of Panna Cota, but here I'm sure I'll eat it again. Good. As a drink we had Pinot Grigio 0.2 ltr and a bottle of San Pellegrino. I cannot give any information about the price of the 3-course menu, as it is prepared for the guests of the hotel and not on the map. 0.2 ltr Pinot Grigio costs 3.50 euros and a bottle of water 4.95 euros. The prices in general are completely good I can also recommend the cocktails, for 5,50 euros you are served very well. Conclusion: The Il Mio cannot be recommended in any way."

"The Romantik Hotel Schwanefeld is located on the border between Thuringia and Saxony on the edge of the tranquil Meerane surrounded by old villas and nature with beautiful views (garden/park). The large house with complete classic hall /organization /hotel and restaurant equipment, which for a few days seminar location for us was warm cozy picobello and well managed. Gaststube, restaurant, bar and breakfast room are sometimes also used as a buffet restaurant and are very well maintained real 4* hotel industry! Operation: The mainly younger staff is excellently trained, correct and super-friendly as well as very courteously attentive without being too stiff. Each portion of food could be described in detail. Eat: I reduce my impressions on some menu items of full board in the attendance period: Appetizers: A richly tasty, excellent Soljanka, a peppery creamy curry soup as well as some topp fresh and balanced homemade salads have been particularly positive. The main dishes of Rehbraten, Wildgulasch and Stubenküken convinced by spices, very good craftsmanship and high-quality supplements, in which Thüringer Klöße, Rotkohl, Rosenkohl (rare so smokey harmoniously eaten) and other large selection were not missing. The patisserie divinely seductive and not too difficult with also great selection. Ambience: High quality and cozy; the table is finely covered and the rooms are decorated harmoniously and not exaggerated. Cleanliness: Well-controlled and deficient! Price Performance: Due to the somewhat lonely location and local conditions more inexpensive with very good performance. Conclusion: The house (with Italian cuisine in the hotel-connected villa) and its own chocolate factory offers many offers and packages. I would come back!!!"
