"We have always loved this place. But the past few months it's been awful and not worth the price. we spent $60 for very poor quality and we didn't get our entire order. The chicken teriyaki was to say the least burnt and tough. The shrimp tempura was not the light crispy it has always been and the egg drop soup nothing but oil. We ordered the garlic shrimp alacart which we didn't get as well as the chow mei vegetable but we didn't even get that. I WILL never spend money there like we used to again. It was the worst quality we have ever had."

"Eating here is so good!! I'm always torn between her curry and pad Thai. I've tried many Thai places, and hands down, that's my favorite. Sometimes the service is a bit slower, but it is always worth waiting. Also! Try the mango sticky rice for dessert- it is amazing!"

"I've never eaten here, I'll update my review once I do, but they're closed for about all of December, and I would have loved to have done Thai on Christmas eve. Edit (update, Feb 2018): I was finally in a position to try this place. I got take out, massaman curry with chicken, pineapple curry with chicken, and an order of spring rolls. The curries were just... Fine. Not really great, not really super tasty but they worked. These curries, and the fact that they gave me my takeout in a cardboard carton instead of a plastic bag (much easier to transport in a vehicle) were the only reason this place deserved even two stars. Barely. The spring rolls were not in the least bit fresh. The lettuce in them was brown on the edges and the way they smelled didn't elicit confidence. This, sadly, basically ruined it for me. If they can't even give me fresh spring rolls, what does that indicate about the freshness and quality of the rest of their food? Thai Village is still, to my knowledge, the best Thai food in provo. I don't think I'll ever eat at Thai House again. I don't know what the rest of these reviews are talking about, but you can do significantly better."
