"We happened by chance in this magical location and was love at first sight! Richard is a fantastic person, the person who would like to have at his side during the preparations of his wedding. He immediately made us feel at home, welcomed us as a family, helped us in the organization, in the choice of food and wine, quieted us in the most critical moments and participated in making our day perfect! He and his staff were impeccable, always attentive and ready to any eventuality. Food, wine, cocktail, service, location, all absolutely top of the top, we could not want better! We recommend it to anyone, it will forever be our place of heart."

"We chose Ai Tardi for our first dinner in the Langhe and were not disappointed. The food was very tasty, albeit filling, as is the case everywhere in Italy it seems! The restaurant looks out over the castle at Grinzane Cavour to the distant mountains, a lovely view. Our waitress Alizia was charming, telling us about her studies and her life. Breads and amuse bouche were followed by a risotto with rabbit for two (delicious! , then vitello tagliatto for me and salmone grigliatto for my wife. Again very tasty but she was getting overfilled by now! Desserts were also really nice. We had 2 glasses of wine each and the bill was very reasonable for such quality. The surprise was that we ate alone until another group arrived at 9.15. We may return later in the week."

"I have never seen such a poor and disgusting breakfast in a 5-star hotel!! Even the bread is so unappealing! In Italy!!! Tomorrow I will go and find any other little cafe to have a breakfast even though my breakfast is prepaid in this awful hotel. The omelette looks so bad as if it was made by a baby learning to cook! Never ever come to have breakfast here!!"
