"Today I had a yen for the subway. Not for Wawa, or QuickCheck, but Subway. I wasn't in years. As I go vegan, I go to such places very rarely, but especially subway. I remember when I was vegetarian, I went all the time and got a sub with egg patty for protein, plus spinach, red onions and BBQ sauce. Fantastic. Warm memories. I had hoped that in 2021 I could be able to go and find a vegan protein option on the menu, but unfortunately it was not to be. But I ordered a veggie sub, with spinach, peppers, banana peppers, red onions, tomatoes and oil and vinegar on a roasted foot Italian to drink with DP. I wanted to take my order, but I saw out there that a huge thunderstorm of water cloged as if there was no morning. So I beat myself up and dug into the goal of my longing. And it wasn't disappointed. I enjoy eating this fresh, crispy Sub and watching the storm come and go. The only downer was that there was no one who could thank you as I left. I know Subway's been having trouble doing business in recent years. Fast Casual has influenced the food industry in various ways. Maybe if they can make some changes, they can appeal to larger, fresher audiences. Here are some ideas I have: vegan options, green messaging, get rid of the yellow color scheme (it's 80s/90s), have cooler music, offer nitro ice cream coffee in one of these beverage tanks (most people have without milk), change to paper bags instead of plastic. Just a few thoughts. I guess something about subway still works because I have developed a desire so many years later, and I'm glad I listened."

"Food was good, but the service was bad. She seems to be mad for something. I don't usually pay attention to that as I work in the industry, But when she brought the food with sharing plates she use her bare hand to clean 1 of those plates (disgusting) of course i didn?t use that plate and I didn't say anything else but COME ON . Then I realize that she was sneezing way too often, meaning she got just the flu or a cold (I hope it was that and not COVID). It was too late already as we were having dessert already."
