"On our last day in Tahoe during the week the fires started, heading to Reno airport, we stopped by for Pho. Thank goodness it has a separate hallway before you get to the restaurant because it was so smokey outside due to the fires. You open one door and you’re in a hallway corridor. I guess it’s built this way for winter snow season like a mud room? Well, it also works for summer and fire season. Also keeps the crowd waiting outside inside of in the stores. The pho restaurant was busy for being lunch time. I ordered Egg Noodle with Wonton. The broth was clear, clean, and flavorful. The noodles were a bit on the over cooked side. Came with lots of wonton. I enjoyed this soup. My bf got Pho Tai and it wasn’t bad. My friend got the Steam free-range chicken with bones. It came with a side salad and fish sauce. I would say this was the winner of all. Flavorful, tasty, moist."

"I’ve been to Batch a couple times now and all I can truly say is: WOW. Batch has the best vegan goodies you could ever dream of. Their cupcake flavors are unique and refreshing, and they are always phenomenally superb. Fresh, moist, dense, and fluffy, all in one. The frosting is thick, creamy, and lucious, but not overbearing. Their vegan whoopie pies are to die for, too. Batch has really mastered the art of vegan baking, and if I lived in Reno, I would probably go here at least once a day. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I don’t think I ever will. The customer service is wonderful and the employees are always so friendly, ready to answer any and all questions you may have. All the vegan items are labeled clearly so you never need to guess, or second-guess for that matter. Out of all the vegan cupcakes I’ve had in my 4 years of being vegan, Batch has the best. This place does not disappoint."

This is our 3rd visit to the Parlor on Vassar and again I'm impressed. I get this for my team at work now too, what a moral boost. They love it also. Premium Pizza, good owners, right recipe! Happy Team.. Thank you! I do not write many reviews but I must share how much we enjoy it. It was pizza night again. We got the usual, thin crust pepperoni.
