"Forshaus Restaurant used to be the main restaurant of the Gravenbruch Kempinski hotel. Since 20 Years ago, they used to serve very nice German food, adapted to International taste and presenting a wide selection of wines. Sadly the quality has been somehow decreasing and now they are closed, replaced by new restaurant, chefs and cooking staff. Apparently the restaurant could not resist to the change of the times - demands for fancy and more pyrotechnic dishes. Quite sad."
