"You wouldn't this place unless you either checked on Yelp or someone referred you (not most likely since the resorts don't want to eat outside of their facilities). Located atop the golf shop with a beautiful view of the golf course (still under construction, the dining room is covered but open so there's a nice breeze. Every table has a view. The waiters are attentive and very professional but humble. The menu is small (in my opinion) but the choices are plentiful. Everything we ordered was made superbly. The flavors are amazing. Portions were perfect so you don't feel bloated after. Very detailed oriented with with flavors and presentation. Will be back again soon for their lunch. I highly recommend."

"Whether you are staying inside the gates and want an authentic experience or you are staying in the pueblo (or nearby), Norma 's is a don 't miss for authentic, so-inexpensive-it 's-criminal, street taco experience. The flavors are rich, everything is cooked to perfection, the service is great,...the agua frescas aren 't too sweet.... You can 't go wrong with anything on the menu but the tacos asada are our go-to. (And in case you are worried about street tacos in Mexico, you will never get sick here. I know that 's doesn 't seem like a great thing to put in a review but it means something. This place is delicious, but also clean and safe and that is not something that can be said for even all of the nicer restaurants on Av. Anclote). Plus, Norma and Angel are truly just good, honest, friendly people. Whether you are local or tourist, Mexican or extranjero, you can expect to be treated honestly (and honestly, you will be treated like family) here. Which is also not something that can be said for all of the nicer restaurants in Mita. When our family visits frm the U.S., a visit to Norma 's is always on their must-do list."

"This place could be perfect except for the service! They are so slow! The food is great, location is great, coffee is excellent but you wait forever even for carryout in line. I have visited during 2 separate vacations but just wish they would be a bit more efficient!"

"We called in here as it was recommended by our hotel concierge. We started with a few beers and some excellent ceviche, whilst we watched over the sea. A few local trader's called in trying to sell there local products. But were not pushy and left you alone if you said no. A while later we decided we share a seafood platter for two. Again this was great and so much, it could of fed three people. The staff were very attentive and placed extra umbrellas to shelter us from the sun. The price's were very good and I could easily recommend."
