"Knowing the dolce vita with the former owners, we were very disappointed with the new ones. the service was scrambled with a table that ended up jammed, some things were not disposed of as they went on; or then not served in time like parmesan for pasta or bread for salad (we had to claim both.) pizzas were floury. As for desserts, it was a catastrophe: served with 5-10 minutes of difference between the first served and the last (4 people only,) melted ice, chocolate milk-shake being a simple cocoa, colonel in which the ice was so melted that it disappeared!We hope the service has improved for 1 year. with a service like we had, we would advise it completely."
