"Are these other reviews real? The food at this place isn't bad -- as in, it's not the most terrible meal you're ever going to have. But dear God, is it average. Small portion sizes. The enchilada was tiny and disappointing. Split an order of fajitas with a friend and there's a really small amount of fillings. Stale tortilla chips. The staff seemed lovely, but I'd never eat here again. I can make better Mexican myself at home."

"Our evening started off well. A warm welcome, wine being poured, order being taken. To keep it simple we chose one of the 4 banquet options. Our shared entrees arrived promptly. They were good, particularly the duck bao. Yum. After another hour we asked about...the rest of our meal. It was clear by the table of Uber Eats bags waiting to go out, that these were being given priority. Sorry, I know it’s a business but you need to look after your customers (that braved the pouring rain to) eat in the restaurant. The delay on our meal seemed to be a management issue. The kitchen staff were going flat out, so the timing of food was not necessarily of their making. Just as we were going to leave to eat somewhere else, our mains arrived. Beef strips that were sweet and tasty, but almost cold; a platter of overcooked vegetables, a fried fish dish that was good and a chicken curry that was great. Accompaniments were rice and roti. We went elsewhere to have more drinks and dessert. I’m not sure I’d go back."

I dined there tonight with my husband and mother and it was noisy and over crowded with people ordering takeaway and there was a general atmosphere of chaos.
