"Im Rahmen einer geschäftlichen Besprechung waren wir am letzten Wochenende in den Weserterassen zu Gast. Der Extraraum ist für geschäftliche, aber bestimmt auch für Familienfeiern sehr gut zu nutzen. Wir wurden hervorrragend zum Mittagessen, zum Kaffee und zum Abend bewirtet. Der Wirt und auch das Personal waren sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war hervorragend. Der Blick auf die idyllische Weser ergänzt dieses kulinarische Erlebnis noch! Ich kann nur empfehlen, sich dort einmal verwöhnen zu lassen."

"... und deswegen tut sich da auch nix. Ich frage mich immer wieder, warum es seit 20 Jahre Aufbackbrötchen zum Frühstück gibt? Es ist doch wohl nicht so schwer sich mit einem örtlichen Bäcker zusammen zu tun und mal was richtig Tolles anzubieten, oder?Dann waren vor kurzem Tapas-Wochen. Der Stammgast dachte sich wohl "super, endlich was Neues" - aber man wurde auch hier enttäuscht. Das Schälchen Oliven für um die €2 waren die billigsten aus dem Glas, die ich auch zu Hause habe. Zweimal die Woche steht ein Olivenstand direkt vor der Haustür, da könnte man sich ja auch mal zusammen tun. Innovation Fehlanzeige. Aber wieso soll man sich Gedanken machen, wenn der Laden trotzdem brummt. Und deswegen sind die Achimen auch selber Schuld. Allen anderen Läden wird keine Chance gegeben, obwohl man sich viel mehr Gedanken um Produkte und Service macht. Ich hoffe auf die neue Gastronomie in der alten Bibliothek. Sollte dann der Laden nicht mehr brummen, bitte nicht auf die Konkurrenz schieben, sondern mal ehrlich hinterfragen, was man anders machen könnte, um Kunden zu begeistern. Dann geht man auch gerne wieder ins Atrium und möchte es unterstützen."
