"I recently had the pleasure of dining here with family, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. Nestled in the charming village of Hermance and boasting a breathtaking view of Geneva Lake, this restaurant offers much more than just great food. Luckily, the staff seated us at a table with a perfect view of the sunset over the lake. It was truly a picture perfect setting. Now, let's talk about the food. The beef filet I ordered was nothing short of perfection. Cooked to absolute precision, each bite melted in my mouth, bursting with exceptional flavors. It exceeded my expectations and left me craving more. A definite must try! While the filets de perches may have been just okay, it was overshadowed by the overall dining experience. Oh, the desserts! It would be a sin not to mention them. The exquisite treats served at Café du Quai were simply divine. Each dessert whisked me away to a heavenly place, indulging my taste buds in pure bliss. Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss out on these heavenly creations. In summary, Café du Quai offers a fantastic dining experience. With its outstanding beef filet, divine desserts, and attentive staff, it is a true gem in Hermance. And let's not forget the magnificent sunset view over Geneva Lake that adds an extra touch of magic to your meal. I highly recommend paying a visit to Café du Quai and immersing yourself in this culinary delight. I can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu. "Ayant attendu cette réservation pendant 2 ans, j'en attendais peut-être trop et notamment une cuisine faite devant nous de A à Z. Or, de nombreuses entrées sont préparées à l'avance (il y a beaucoup de terrines de foie gras). Le patron parle énormément en oubliant de nous servir le vin (nous ne savions pas que nous pouvions prendre les bouteilles nous-mêmes et nous servir). Il y a des produits intéressants : ce qui m'a le plus étonnée c'est les herbes avec, vraiment, des goûts différents : fromage, huître, haricot, ... il y en avait environ 8.Actuellement, il y a 3 ans d'attente ..."

"Nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner le 1 aout au Café de Floris.Le nouveau concept Bistronomique nous a séduit et même enchanté : le menu gourmand à 55.- était excellent de l’entrée au dessert et les portions tout à fait correcte (nous avions une appréhension dû à commentaires qui laissait entendre de petites portions). Excellent vitello tonnano (peu de mayonnaise), suivi d'un filet de Féra du lac ou d’un onglet parfaitement cuit et très bien présenté, dessert fut également excellentLa terrasse reste superbe et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de nappes mais de simple sous de table en papier va avec le concept et nous préférons manger de la qualité à des prix abordable…Service rapide et professionnel. Même le vin au verre étaient excellent et d’un prix très correcte.En conclusion, cette reconversion en bistronomie est une vraie réussite et vaut la peine d’être découverte – nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
