"Have been a few scenic now, super tasty eating, friendly staff and fast service. I still give 5 stars, but hope you could work out some sound proofing as it gets pretty loud. that said I was back without hesitation."

"To be honest, this chain (as a whole) is very ordinary it is not just Erina. I have given a few of them a go and it is the same experience at all of them. Servings are tight, really tight. Nachos are a search...for the meat exercise. The Grande Melt is, well, not so grand. The food at Mad Mex is slopped together from the trough a la ' Subway, as you order. When you are comparing your experience here to somewhere like, say, 'Per Kilo ' in Sydney CBD, where the prices are less and the servings are exceedingly more generous and the quality is just not even in the same universe, I am sure you would understand where I am coming from. If you have not experienced food from a proper Latin American fooderie, don 't use Mad Mex as an example of good tucker from that part of the world. Service is friendly enough (at least at Erina) but when even the kids are saying this is fairly bland food, there are no winners. At half the price, this might be a place to consider, but there is so little bang for buck here I would honestly prefer just about any other fast food chain to this."

"Stopped in here for a pie for lunch on Friday. Haven’t been for a long time and wish I had of stayed away even longer. we decided to eat in one of the few tables available in the restaurant. I had a satay chicken pie...and it was a sloppy mess. I couldn’t even pick it up. It stuck to the bag, and I’m still looking for the chicken. The quality was nothing like it used to be. I also decided to treat myself to a profiterole... again, I wish I hadn’t. It was stale... gross , and I couldn’t finish it. We were there at there as not a lot of stock, I am wondering weather we were given stock from the previous day as the chef was still out the back cooking. We questioned this with the staff as we were leaving, however, they denied it was yesterday’s stock. If this is the case, their chef needs some serious re-training. Won’t be back in a hurry."
