Very patient and super friendly. 2nd time at (last Saturday, 11/21, at 17:25) I ordered in thru UberEats. Although the delivery was somewhat slower than normal, the food was still fresh! *Beide orders were the MAKE YOUR OWN BOWL selection."

"The sushi at sapporo is so yummy and fresh! it is some of the very best i've had in the area. my boyfriend loved his unagi donburi. sitting in the bar area is always a great experience. there's a male server here with shoulder-length hair, and he is really nice and efficient. the menu is also reasonably priced, and they have great happy hour deals! however, i'm not a fan of the hibachi. at $60/person, it was overpriced and underwhelming. the lobster was so drowned in sauce that i couldn't taste anything but salt. the fried rice was hard. the vegetables were underseasoned. the chocolate cake seemed like it was microwaved. though, i will say that the filet mignon was delicious, tender, and cooked perfectly. overall, i'm rating sapporo well because the bar and sushi experience is absolutely top-notch. i'll keep visiting. i just won't ever do the hibachi again! "If you're seeking a dingy, dark and undesirable restaurant. This is the place for you. The manger is extremely unprofessional. I mentioned I was going to write a bad review on this establishment. Instead of making anything right. She stated she would write a bad review on me in retaliation. I would suggest to never order delivery from this place on the weekend. They can't even handle their orders inside the restaurant. With 3 hostess that have more desire to have a conversation with each other; rather than make sure orders are getting out. Food sitting behind them for several minutes before acknowledging the person accepting the order. Possibly they could get rid of a hostess and hire another cook and get better decor."

"The customer excellence was outstanding. I had a 3 piece chicken tenders combo with tater tots. The chicken tenders were hand breaded with the perfect seasoning and spices. Crispy with a very light crunch. I also enjoyed a Vietnamese coffee smoothie, I'm not a coffee drinker at all and it was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend this location for your dessert night or day.
