"We went there on Saturday July 16 at around 5pm. There were many empty tables, restaurant was about 1/3 full, but we're told that there was a 30 minute wait due to being short staffed. That's cool, we'll sit at the bar. Sorry, no bartender, you can't even sit there. You'll have to sit in these uncomfortable seats in the waiting area until we can get our act together.Why can't you seat customers at tables or booths, explain the wait, and perhaps offer a comp drink rather than tell someone no we can't accept your business right now due to our incompetency?What kind of manager turns customers away like that?I went to the Red Robin in Plainfield instead and received prompt courteous service. Never tell a customer that you can't help them, unless you want to fail in business!"

"Used to be awesome, but now is terrible. They used to carve the meat off the spit per order, now they have decided to change that. They are now carving the meat as prep, putting on the grill and keeping in a hot table to scoop it out like Chipotle. Themeat is hard and dry and DISGUSTING! You are better off going to any hot dog stand for a cheap gyro. I have told tons of peopleabout how good this place is, now have to let them know to stay away. Now I need to travel to Lisle to Apolis for fresh Greekstreet food."

"I had a taste for soulfood, which I can cook myself, but I didnt feel like going through all the trouble if cooking several items for me just to have one or two plates. So I ordered and picked up a plate from here. I enjoyed the simplicity of ordering online for pick up and loved the no nonsense of the receipt it provided...you didnt have to figure anything out, it was very straight forward. I ordered tge 4 sides and a muffin. None of it was to my taste, or what I think of when I think of soul food. The greens were bland, no meat does not have to equal no flavor...a bit of seasonings and liquid smoke and they wouldve been good TO ME. The dressing had a different taste, Im used to sage and chicken broth, poultry seasoning, etc. This dressing didnt have these flavors. The mac and cheese tasted like Kraft boxed stove top mac and cheese but I prefer baked mac and cheese that stands tall when you cut it. The yams tasted like canned yams taken to the next level, though they tasted of the can, i liked this item best. The muffin was lightly sweetened and tasted ok. Overall the meal was ok, just not the familiar tastes and smells I look forward to when I think of soul food. I will give them another try to see if perhaps I would enjiy some of their meat options because my friend had the baked chicken and I enjoyed the small piece that I tasted as it was very seasined and flavorful."

"Food: we loved! Drinks: We loved! The frozen Sangria was yum! The music: fun! The server: nice as can be! The only downside was it was loud like a cafeteria inside. (And that was when it was late afternoon empty.)I had the Fig and goat cheese bacon burger. AMAZING! Most exciting burger I’ve had in years. Hubby had the fish chips and they didn’t bring any tartar sauce, so he was a little disappointed. "All Chick-fil-a sites are really nice, but I always have a great experience, especially at this place of the restaurant here in bolingbrook. you eat is really good and definitiw one of the best. but I am not happy to go in here, not only because of the food, but of course also the customer service. it is safe to say that their customer service is amazing. the personal is just so nice, friendly and helpful. every employee I spoke to here was in every amazing situation and accommodating. it would always be a long line in the car through, but it is in the ground normal. I can still eat my fresh and hot, perfect and definitely accurate, so I don't really complain if there is a long line. geduld is really a virtuous. the eating is so good from this restaurant, and it is worth the waiting. eating is always fresh and hot, while the drinks are always cold and also taste fresh, especially their freshly roasted ice cream. I love that drink beside her eating, especially her spicy deluxe sandwich. I recommend this place of Chick-fil-a."
