"We eat regularly in this restaurant and finally this canteen when you see the quality of the establishment, a self-service is a thousand times better!! The food is very often poor (cold plates and often served several days, entrance of the day before...)Short to avoid except if you have no choice! We've got tickets to restaurants!"

"It is clearly trying for one but at the moment it is incredible value and I can't help but think prices will increase significantly as soon as the inevitable happens and it is awarded it's well-deserved star. We had the E40 menu and everything was excellent; from the amuse bouche of fish balls and its vivid green honey, ginger and basil dipping sauce to the apple and almond tart I had for desert, it was all brilliant! After the first amuse bouche we then had another - carrot soup and a mini brioche with humus. The carrot soup was incredible......it was flavoured with a hint of truffle oil and was really lovely - who ever raves about soup for goodness sake?My starter was salmon d'isigny (the provenance and the suppliers of all the ingredients are listed on the menu) which was very good, but my son had the show-stopper; veal tartare; crab meat and celery mousse - simply amazing. We both had the cod as a main course and it was perfectly cooked and again really very good. We didn't want to swap deserts we both liked our own so much.The meal was so good that even though we tried to talk of other things, we kept on reverting to the subject of how lovely the food was!!!! We decided that the meal was amongst the best we had ever had at any price.......at E40 per head it is a steal. We scored it 9.5 out out of 10, the only tiny negative being the rather supercilious waiter. Go there - you will thank me for it!!!!"
