"Time and day: 4:40 PM. 14th of August (Sunday). Served by a very rude female staff with tan skin and bleached hair. I ordered half chicken and chips and requested both legs, but politely changed the order to quarter chicken and chips when the request was denied. She proceeded to make a fuss about it to her colleague right in front of me, not knowing I speak the language. When the food was ready she simply yelled “ready!”, dropped the food at the counter and just walked away before I even had the chance to get off my chair. Btw, I wasn’t even asked if I was eating in or taking away (I was eating in). Which is all not too bad.. but the cutleries were not even included so I went back inside to request for cutleries coz I was starving and wanted to eat in. She hands me the filthiest cutleries she could find I ended up eating with my hands using the paper bag as a plate. I’ve been going to Ogalos all over Sydney for over 15 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had lol ! Congratulations I’m never coming there again."

"Good gelato (great waffle cones! , decent coffee, ok cannoli, average service. I had their rum-raisin and vanilla gelato, it was very nice. I enjoyed the cappuccino, unsure what brand of coffee is used but it's pretty good. They ran out of their traditional cannoli, so I decided to buy the ones that were filled with gelato. They're alright but you really can't go past the original. My biggest issue was the staff. They were a little rude and very short with us, but at the end of the day we only had to interact with them for a couple of minutes before we went and sat outside. Ample seating is available. Over all I thoroughly enjoyed the sweets on offer, but the staff need to put a smile on their face and make it look like they want to be there."

"Loving my mexican and today I got the protein bowl sans guacamole. The bowl consists of coriander and lime rice, black beans, jalepenos, beef and spicy salsa. I would definately add cheese next time though."

"WOW what a place! Happy Ending burgers are by far my favourite burgers in Sydney. The succulent beef patties get me salivating every damn time! Their quirky combination of ingredients always seem to work brilliantly together. The cheese 2000 is simply delicious and always makes me a satisfied customer. Their fried chicken though!! Simply scrumptious. The best I’ve had. I could eat them all day. The combination of sweet and savoury flavours really gives my tongue a joy ride. Must try! Will be back for more very soon, stay happy!"

"Order take away and eat in here quite often. Do not understand the number of poor ratings. The food has always been consistent, served hot and great flavour. Have never had reason to complain, return food or leave a meal partially complete. Service is always fast and super friendly. Pad Thai Green Curry and Massaman Curry are favourites. Highly recommend this restaurant for a good quality Thai meal in the local area."
