"I visited Bacco Ristorante with a member of my family recently for dinner. We were glad to come out of a wet night and into the warm eating area of the restaurant. A member of staff immediately provided us with a table and and left us to choose our meals from the menu. There was plenty to choose from, more than your typical Italian restaurant. For starters we had the Minestrone (Italian-style soup) and Salmone Affumicato (smoked salmon). Both were amazing and the Minestrone was served with bread. For main course we had the Pollo Cacciatora (chicken breast and vegetables) and Calzone Alla Bacco pizza. The chicken dish was cooked well and served with plenty of roast vegetables. The calzone was delicious and the base smelled and tasted like proper fresh-baked bread. For desert we ordered the Tiramisu. I enjoyed it because I love chocolate flavoured deserts but it was lacking the coffee flavour that Tiramisu is known for. It was a relaxing atmosphere but I would hope more diners visit this place because the quietness on the day we visited made the place seem lonely. I would highly recommend Bacci Ristorante to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant in Ballincollig or Cork city."

"Very nice modern bar. Food is always excellent. Staff are very nice and helpful. I often go here for lunch. The seats are well laid out both indoors and outdoors. I prefer to go here during the week when it is quieter. There is plenty of parking outside the front and also inside the multistorey. So you can come and go without getting wet. There are a few televisions here so it is good for watching a match. Also it has wifi Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Visited on Dec 1st at about 17:00,waited about 5 mins maybe more to give my order(1 of which was a breast in a bun the other a king dino) ,then it took another 6/7/8 mins to get to the til to pay ,then upon giving the girl my order she said there was no BnB ready,it'd be 5 mins before they were done ,would I like chicken strips in a bun instead ,I said no ,said I'd wait ,anyways ,about 5/6/7 minutes later I get called to the til my BnB was ready ...but then only to be told that the rest of my order was not ready and there'd be a wait again ...it was at this stage I said cancel the lot and walked out…absolute shambles..I most definitely will not return"
