"During our lunch at Inala last Thursday, Tomcat mentioned he has found a little gem serving hand-pulled Lanzhou noodles at Corinda. I have driven past this restaurant often without walking in, so today I look in hesitantly before the Manageress quickly ushers me in. The dining area is clean, cosy and decorated with Chinese photos and lanterns. She brings me a two page Menu but Tomcat has already told me what to order. As she heads off to the kitchen with my order I get up to take a few snaps. <br>

Ten minutes later a bowl of piping-hot Lanzhou noodles in a beef broth is put down in front of me. I taste the fragrant soup with a slice of beef brisket, white turnip and a spoonful of chewy hand-pulled noodles. Wonderful! I opted to pay $3 for extra sliced beef which is just as well as it complemented the generous serve of noodles. <br>

"Exceed expectations!<br>
My partner and I came here just to try it out since it is nearby. We went with $35 per person menu. There were some deep fried entrees, beef with Bok Choy, crispy skin pork, fried rice and chilli hot pot. I had a weak spot for crispy skin pork and they did it really well here. I would come back here to have my crispy pork. The fried rice was not oily and it tasted delicious. Overall, the food was great here and it gave the bang for the bucks."

"I went with my friends on a weekday night. It's was not busy. the service was good. Their food is authentic, tasty, and all served in huge amount. We ordered 4 dishes to share, some of them have unbarable amount of oil. I know some authentic chinese food contain high amount of oil but I feel very uncomfortable to eat pickled cabbage in broth that almost half of it was oil or some kind of meat served in an oil-full bowl like an unfinished confit. Any way, I like their mongolian lamb stir fry and bamboo shoot stir fry. I might get back with my friend but I need to becareful not to order the oil-full dishes."
