"We spent a weekend here and I was a bit disappointed. The room was musty and the whole hotel seemed a bit old. We had booked a spa package and the employee at the spa reception was completely overwhelmed. Then there were problems at checkout because the massage was supposedly additional. The terry towels and bathrobes were almost threadbare and even had holes. The food was good, both the starters buffet as well as the main courses and breakfast. In the spa, no one makes sure that the rules are followed, there are selfie sessions in the outdoor pool and screaming children everywhere. Staff was friendly and the bar was very pleasant. The location is very nice, but I wouldn't come again."
