"We just had our meal from this shop .it used to be good .but not so much these days .now you have to pay for delivery .and as for the chips well ours looked from the day before .well over cooked hard you can not eat food like that . We stoped using them for a while for this reason .went back today and I think the chips were from lunch time just kept warm .well you could have used them as nails .its not much good at complaining the lady on the phone is not that good at English .they should always use fresh chips not reheated"
