"This is the best location ever I’ve been to locations all over the US. The customer service is amazing. The store is clean, the service is fast. I’m a regular customer every single staff members treats me amazing. They know what I like down to the straw size I prefer. All star employees... Frankie, Leah, Chandler, Gavin, Tyler, Hanna, Julia so many more. Really can’t say enough about the staff! Coffee...it’s wonderful!! I get the same latte it’s always made the way I like it. If you’re looking for a consistent, efficient place to receive your coffee look no further. *Update Years later still amazing! Even through COVID the staff have worked hard to stay open. The senior staff have done a wonderful Job training new people. Amazing customer service, great people Delicious coffee"

"I work here at kootenai hospital and I went over to get a vanilla latte and when I was ordering my drink the barista was very rude and short with me. When I got my drink it tasted burnt and the color was strange. I've previously been a barista for the past 4 years and have never seen a coffee this color. I decided to go back and have her remake it as I work 12 hours shifts and needed a little boost to my day. She was even ruder the second go around and my coffee is still burnt. Maybe you will have better luck than I did."
