"I have to admit that I haven't been to the "Eat Sushi" Restaurant in "Rue de frères Lion", but the one close to Compans Caffarelli on "Boulavard Lacrosse". In fact, I have been there twice during attending a conference in July since it was...close to the conference center. We were welcomed friendly and received seats outside. The first day I chose a ramen soup, which was good, nothing fancy to be honest, but for the price it was ok. In addition, I had some vegetarian gyosa, which were very good! The second day I went for soba with salmon, which was quite good as well, but could have been a bigger portion. My friends reported that the sushi they took was very good, so next time I am in Toulouse, I will try that instead. All in all, I can recommend Eat Sushi (at least the one on "Boulevard Lacrosse since the service was fast and friendly and the food was good for an ok price"
