"This restaurant was very near our hotel and was where we got our first lunch after we landed in Glasgow. The service was very good and friendly. There was a good choice of sandwiches which were heated up for us. The choice of drinks is varied including pop and a variety of juices. You can make your own coffee at your table if you choose to eat in. The prices are reasonable and the soup was tasty."

"I called today after hearing good things about this place. I had a coffee, falafel wrap the frying with a little taste of suppe. came to £10.45 it was okay. the place has a good atmosphere and I met some nice people."

"A sweet little vegan restaurant and bar tucked away inside the CCA. I went to a Yelp newbies night and we were in the 'back bar '. Had lashings of wine, plenty of laughs and some vegan loveliness. We shared the mezze platter which came with a bread basket and included humous, baba ganoush, califlower, stuffed leeks, a rocket salad and more. People couldn 't be more wrong if they thought vegan food wasn 't tasty. This platter was absolutely delicious! My vegan friend has spoken about Saramago multiple times in the past I can now see why! I really enjoyed the bread (strange focal point I know) it was beautifully fluffy and was the perfect accompaniment for the different bits and bobs on the platter. Definitely worth a visit!"
In nice weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"I'm here, really good food! both had to start bruscheta. Nice. only negatiw for me were the discs of the raw garlic in it. we both had it. we had huh and stornoway blackpudding on kartoffelmash and berry jus that was fantastic and penne arabbiata was great. we ordered garlic bread that was massive! Maybe next time order half a part. great food, service and wine. hidden gem and will be back!"
