"Wenn ich ein Schnitzel Wiener Art bestelle, erwarte ich, sofern ich nicht in einer Kantine esse, ein frisch paniertes Schnitzel. Das bestellte Schnitzel war vorpaniert und die Qualität somit entsprechend. Hätte ich später bestellt, hätte ich evtl. ein frisches Schnitzel bekommen. Man hörte den "Koch" danach Schnitzel klopfen und Gäste die nach uns kamen, erhielten dann wohl ein frisches Schnitzel. Mein Partner hatte zu seinem Gericht Bratkartoffeln, die entweder in einer Friteuse oder einer Fettpfanne ausgebacken wurden, ohne Zwiebel und Speck - lieblos könnte man es auch nennen.Wenn Lokale keine Lust haben zu kochen oder hochwertigere Ware verwenden, dann sollten sie es doch einfach bleiben lassen. Möglichkeit wäre noch einfache Gerichte auszugeben, bei denen man nicht viel kaputt machen kann.Denn letztendlich muss der Gast für schlechte Qualität gutes Geld bezahlen.Einfach gelerntes Fachpersonal einstellen, niemanden in die Küche stellen, der mit Straßenkleidung im Restaurant kocht. Verlangt einfach ein paar Euro mehr von Euren Gästen, die werden es gerne zahlen, wenn sie vernünftige Qualität bekommen."
