"I got takeaway from here last night a great portion of delicious snapper and some extras. Absolutely minimum grease! The restaurant is taking good care with COVID distancing practice and the service was friendly and fast. Am going back there tonight!"

"Was going to try out this new establishment today but on driving past I noticed the staff stood outside smoking,not really appropriate in your uniforms. Also didnt help that the bloke who had been behind the range cooking had no uniform on and was leaning...on the bin outside. Needless to say I wont be visiting here."

"There's no pretentiousness here, no haut cuisine or bistro menus, that's not what they do. Instead, what they do do is traditional pub food very well indeed. I enjoyed the Steak and Ale pie very much indeed, potentially the best I've ever had. Very polite staff, very good prices. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5"

"Will be very good - no longer the fall. the food was ok, the service was on a side with basil fawlty crossed with julie walters in the komödie sketch “2 soups”. we had booked a table for 4 on Saturday night. we were brought to our table to find another waitress who had just brought 2 other people to it. they told them to move somewhere else when the guy shows us on the table. everything was done with space between the tables properly, although the place was quite empty anyway. we have placed our order with the waitress who did not seem very competent. I asked if they had taken every job on the table. we checked and said yes, but then came 15 minutes later to say they had only commanded for 3 main courses. it took 3 try to get a wine list and 5 try to get some water. the waitress brought the starter out and said, “I’m not sure what they are, but here you go.” a little training could be worth it. a waitress brought us out at a certain point of 2 heads of pork chops. we hadn't ordered them, so they sent away. the main course was not about an hour when they apologized to forget us and offer free deserts in the house. After we waited for the tellers to be cleaned from the table and asked for the desert menu, we gave up and went to the writing to pay as we thought it would take age for them to get it on the table. that in turn was eventful, they tried to give us the wrong bill for 2 different tabs. at the end we have just agreed on a bill that resembled some of the food we had eaten, paid and left. totally incapable from beginning to end, but it is worthwhile if they want to keep free table side."
Riverside from Monmouthshire is a suitable bar to a cocktail after work, and hang out with friends, here they serve a diverse brunch in the morning.
