"This place has gone downhill since the new property. It used to be the best on the coast. Two days ago, I was hanging for hot chips. Only two employees in the shop who were more interested in talking to each other. It took 26 minutes...for a single service, other customers also talked about the long waiting period for their orders. At home, I went to chips, as I remember them, and I was disappointed with boy. There were some over boiled and some underboiled and those who were cooked were not so good. Actually, most of them threw out and I still have an annoyed belly. NIE again I'll buy from this store."

"I ordered the sweet and sour fish with vegetable fried rice as take away. When I got home I discovered that I had been given sweet and sour pork and fried rice with prawns and ham. So I went back and told them that they gave me the wrong food. The lady interrupted me mid sentence by saying no you ordered pork! She checked through the orders and discovered that she hadn't cooked what was written on the order. Rather than own up and apologise she blamed the young girl at the counter claiming that she said pork. I heard the young girl tell the cook my order and it was correct. After waiting 10-15 mins she gives me the a sweet and sour fish and hands me back the original fried rice. Again I explain to her that I ordered vegetable fried rice. So she huffs and goes back into the kitchen. I waited another 10-15 mins and when she handed me the order she said angrily next time you tell the staff that you don't eat meat! I was shocked at her blaming me for what was 100% her fault. To blame younger staff (who wrote down and told them the right order) is one thing but to try and blame the customer is just ridiculous. I replied with I said vegetable fried rice (does that not imply that it is vegetables only or why else would it be under the vegetable section of the menu)? She again was adamant that it was my fault and told me again to tell the staff that I don't want any meat in the fried rice (despite ordering vegetable fried rice). There will definitely not be a next time. The food was pretty ordinary. There was so much dough on the fish it tasted like pancakes."
