"I had arranged to meet 2 friends here and this was my first visit. I arrived before my friends and sat for 15 minutes in the family area without a single member of staff approaching. I assume that if you sit in that area you have to go get served yourself? When my friends arrived we moved into the main cafe room. There were only 2 tables filled and a couple of staff there. We sat for another 10/15 minutes before we had to go find menus for ourselves and it was on the 45 minute mark someone actually approached to take our order. After placing our order, a salad and a couple of portions of halloumi fries and drinks we sat and waited. Another 15 minutes, with no drinks for the waitress to then come and say they had no halloumi. We were in there an hour, in a very quiet cafe and didn't even manage to get a drink. Cannot comment on the quality of the food as the service was so poor. Went to Lumby Garden Centre, not as pretty surroundings but great food and cracking service."
