"Taking my time to leave a review after years of being invited here and honestly..Food is completely tasteless I only can eat 2 items out of the whole buffet and that’s the hibachi and the pho.The kitchen in that area is so dirty I don’t even know how they can have a open window showing everyone what a muck the kitchen is.The sushi has overwhelming amounts of cream cheese.The seafood is over cooked hard and tasteless.The beef brócoli and the chicken with broccoli is also never replenished and if so mainly has onions and not even Pugh meat.Asparagus is hard and crunchy and undercooked.Dessert bar is disappointing and could definitely use some help.Some prepackaged desserts may even be a better option.Flies everywhere on our food.The white rice they cook in the rice cooker is always stale hard and tasteless.The meats are rubbery and chewy and again tasteless.All I taste is oil in all the food except the rice.I truly believe if someone is passionate about their business they will take feedback and really ensure they have the right amount of seasoning and clean the grease to change it with new grease.I have left sick the times I have gone and am never satisfied.The food tastes bland with no flavor pork tastes like old pork chops.The hibachi area lacks cleanliness.Shrimp shouldn’t be in the noodles.If you have allergies to seafood or peanuts this isn’t your place to go.I really feel like this location would be a huge hit if the hibachi was cleaned and sanitized.This business has potential and really should prove it with ensuring the staff is adding enough seasonings and less oil.Any time ID come here I leave with a face of disappointment.Drinks should be complimentary with how often the drinks taste flat and watery it’s only fair."

"If I could give 0stars I would. Had this food door dashed to me because of car trouble and it was not even eatable. The worst seafood experience ever. Not to mention this trash costed me 50$ not including what I spent on DoorDash fees and tips. To have person on the phone tell me that the only way they could do anything for me is to bring food back"

"I've been here since a child. the firm of the lighter. it was amazing and seemed to be made for the gardens. was really a spectacular sight and it is worth going. misses the performances because of the rain, but everything else was great. the weather also made fewer people so that they could enjoy the lighter longer."

"Naan was pretty tasty, but quite thin. Samosas were good , but texture was off inside. The tikka masala was inedible very greasy, smelled off, and unfortunately, the worst Tikka Masala I've ever had. The texture of the chicken was off, too."

"Yesterday, I threw my daughter a college graduation party at Crawdaddy's. The entire process of inquiring about the rental, ongoing discussions of arrangements and actual day-of measures were seamless and streamlined. Sara, the GM, was very personable, friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Because I had only been in communications with Sara, I kept asking staff if they could have Sara pop in for xyz needs. Forgetting that we had an amazing and very attentive waitress, Nikki, who was more than willing to make sure everything was running smoothly for us. Both Nikki and Sara consistently checked on us and were so kind and patient. I'm not sure of the name of the bartender who assisted the party the most, but she is a gem! The buffet of food was promptly set up, on time. The room was ready and nicely set for 30 guests (even though all 30 never showed). We were also allowed to play our own music in the room. The food was AMAZING!! We had fried chicken wings (they were huge), regular chicken pieces, waffles, greens, ribs and Mac n' cheese. Chef also made a 3 tier sheet cake that was beautiful and tasted great!! It also had real roses on it. Exceeded our expectations. Shouts out to the chef for the food spread, cake and setting it up. My daughter had SO MUCH FUN and we couldn't have pulled it off w/o Sara, Nikki, Chef and the entire staff. Guess I'll have to hang out in Crawdaddy's more often!!"
