We offered to pay for one item instead of two based on the fact one item was too spicy. The management then rudely deniedus the ability to purchase anything. It was horrible. You shouldn't deny service based on allergies. You should provide anon-spicy menu. It was terrible. Won't be back."

"Nine Spices offered yummy food and I loved the aspect of having revolving items so I wouldn't have to keep getting up or placing an order with the server. We also didn't have to wait at all to be seated upon arrival so I'm glad for the speedy seating as we were starving!I will have to dink it on a couple of things though:-There was a lack of some of the food items on the conveyor belt that never showed, we had to flag the server to get these orders in which lead me to my next point.-It was a little tough trying to flag the server down, they may have had too much on their plate, but there were a couple of times where we needed water refilled or needed a food item and had to wait a while to be helped.Overall, this place is good if you're in the mood for hot pot and are in the area, but there are other spots in Orlando that offer similar style of experience which I would prefer making the trip out to."

"The go to spot for all the theme park workers after work. Great beer selection at great prices. Great hours too for those of us who get off work after 9pm. Great tots and tacos too.I just avoid going nights they have concerts, you cant talk to the person sitting next to you.Parking: Parking is always easy. They let you leave your car in the lot overnight if you drink two much. Which I've only done twice."
