"I've been coming to this Chuck E for many years and always had a great experience. However, my last visit (09/17/2022) was very disappointing. My son loves Chucke cheese performance. Today, however, we are experiencing such a heartbeat situation when my son is trying to get Chuck E. Cheese attention during a performance and Chuck e completely ignores him. He was very upset that he decided to leave Chuck e. I understand that sometimes the performance can be overwhelming, but it would be appreciated if Chuck e just recognized my son with a simple blow up or a hand wave. My son felt ignored during this performance. In addition, we waited for another performance to focus on the first Chucke E cheese performance, but Chucke never showed up again after several hours. In addition, many games did not work or out of service. Very disappointing experience that we may not visit again soon."

"I have often gone to this chill, and the inconvenience of quality no longer makes me visit this place. last night, I ordered one. I have some paintings and even with my experience in the past I decided to go. the steaks we ordered did not even come to us medium, it was less rare than anything. it was also ordered medium size, but you could not even see a line of cooked meat. it was just red. the child's meal lacked that it was drinking and the mais on the cob was muddy and rough. I even noticed that my order lacked an article and mentioned it to the delivery driver think that she might have left him inside. but their answer to me was: “They did not give it to me...” I hate the fact that chili used door crap for their deliveries also when they get them from the website. you're stuck with the wrong or lacking stuff and nobody wants to help fix it. as I said, this is not the first time before it was mid covid, I took it as under the personal or just a bad day. but it seems that they can never get it directly in the fletcher parkway chili. for a business that slipped during covid orders, these entries should be the simplest and come 100% every time. so fair warning to the one that goes into this facility."

"The BJs Peanut Butter SMores Pizookie was terrific and the kids Mini Deep Dish Pizza meal was very good. The BJs Classic Rib-Eye* was overcooked. Instead of medium rare, it was medium well. Note: carryover cooking was not the issue. Delivery was really quick after pick up. FYI bold seasoning on the steak salt. Lots of salt. The asparagus and sweet potato fries were good. The fries were not a large side."
