"If you order online you will get less food and you might be missing items. I've been visiting this location less and less, sometimes the food is good other times bad. It's always better to make your burrito/taco at home. Chipotle claims to use fresh &simple ingredients but it's LOADED WITH truck tons of SODIUM. The customer service in person is always great, the staff arenice. Also do yourself a favor and try other Mexican restaurants in brentwood/antioch Some tips: don't go an 1:30hours beforethey close. Order in person to get your money's worth."

"I recently discovered Rubio’s in San Diego and I was super excited to discover one in Brentwood upon recently moving here! And as much as I love Rubio’s, I might just have to keep going to a different location. I’ve eaten here 3 times and I’m sorry to say the 3rd time was the last time. My order was messed up each time which I find hilarious considering there’s a sign above the register that makes some sort of promise about getting your order right every time, my fried fish tacos were literally just over fried batter no fish...did it disintegrate from over cooking? No idea! I asked to sub in chips for my beans and they literally gave me 7 chips I counted. That’s not even a full serving of tortilla chips!! On top of that, the last time I was there, the staff were bickering amongst each other super uncomfortable! As much as I love living near a Rubio’s and would legit come here weekly, this location is bad enough to keep me away. *UPDATE!! Been here recently twice once in afternoon (which I’d never done before) and then again on a Friday night. Literally a complete 180 of what I went through before regarding service and quality! I know I said I couldn’t go to this location again, but I can’t resist those Fish taco deals on Tuesday’s and Friday’s and since it was around the holidays, I gotta give them another shot, yeah? And so glad I did. I don’t think it’s a fluke due to the holiday season, I noticed new employees and I’m just over the moon. Can’t wait to go back again if I keep getting this type of service!"

"The rice wasn't as good on Tuesday 3/21/23 and the salsa's I received for my delivery were so tiny no chips. I would have purchased if I've known it wasn't included like dining in. It shouldn't matter it should be included if I'm spending money on meals. Just a lil disappointing but I would still continue to get food from there."

"Food is delicious here no complaints. I ordered the Chile Relleno dinner plate and my husband ordered a wet green burrito with lengua. We are very please our meal. We also loved the fact that my dog was able to dine with us outside their patio section."

"First time here the tacos ? were yummy! On the spicy side how I like it ??! The service was good very polite. From the looks of the menu pictures, other people's plates ? coming out, they have great food. We didn't have to wait long to get our food either. Parking is free but a fairly decent amount since this is an older location, but at least your able to find some close by or in the parking lot that shares the parking with the other stores in the plaza."
