"This place is understated in terms of decor, the furniture looks tired, room needs abit of warmth and color. What it misses, it makes up it food and flavor. The arancini balls were crunchy on the outside, smooth and velvety on the inside and the tomato sauce gave it that finishing touch. Must try- stuffed mushroom, ricotta was lovely. Good decent portion size. Gnocchi was really good, soft and lush. Pizza is to die for..its BYO which is a bonus. The service was really good, friendly and eager to keep us happy. Very enjoyable night. Definitely must try for those who haven't yet."

"One of my fave local spots and definitely one of the few good Crust Pizzas in WA! I have heard the other stores are quite bad so I'll happily stick to this store. They use only the best ingredients like Mount Barker free range chicken and adjust the recipes so they are actually good - so I always have a good meal here. The franchise actually doesn't seem to do or have much in the way of consistency or standards like most franchises do so I'm thankful for these guys as there aren't many good takeaway options near me.<br>

There's not much to say other than the staff are really friendly and never stuff up, the bases are a good texture - not too thin or thick, ingredients are great, good value meals and they have deals too (Astor ticket holders and Friday lunches). Every pizza I've had is good although the stand out ones are the traditional Margherita, Pulled Pork, Szechuan Chilli Prawn but the best is the Pesto Chicken Club or the Habañero Mango Chicken. "Omg once again I order Italian and it’s horrible. Iv notice here in Perth there is a lot Pakistani taking over Italian restaurants or opening them and they have no clue. We spent on Uber eats. The food it self is terrible. Cold no flavour!!!<br br/>I ordered the garlic bread with extra garlic they decided to just send me a pizza pad with garlic on top of cause once they cooked it it was flavourless!!!<br br/>My friend ordered the meat loves they have used the cheap beacon it was so horrible I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!!! <br br/>Then my other friend order the carbonara! It was tasteless and just tasted like cream yum!!! <br br/>I order a sticky date pudding when it arrived it was cooked in some pasty it was awful they should of left the sticky date by it self!!! "I was one of 4 for dinner in Italy on Saturday 3/9/22 was one of two who ordered Oyster Blade Steak, Chips Salat. Goodness knows what the meat was, but it was NOT Oyster Blade it was a piece of something the...shape size of a pancake FULL of fat, the chips were just half boiled and soggy. When we got the bill at the end of the night, it was up to Steak to be Sirloin, I should seriously doubt it! The meal was terrible. Because the music was equal to the volume of all voices in the restaurant, it was too loud. The waitresses were beautiful, however, during the night they fell collections of cutlery other utensils on the hard floor four times, it is easy to forgive once or twice, but four times! In the evening, when the male waiter came to collect our plates, he has chased a tooth gap in his mouth unbelievably! Carlos, what happened to your beautiful restaurant? We supported you at the first takeover of the restaurant, especially by the pandemic. We first wanted to book our Christmas dinners 2020 2021 since we are back many times. It was because of the service, the food ambience. What we have experienced on Saturday night was a further cry from the past and although the reviews are 11 months apart, sadly my closely reflect those of Gene B Oct.2021 that “the passion seems to have left the building”."

"Having had a couple of local friends tell me this place was good, I decided to try it with my Entertainment book - but found the food to be very bland and the staff very rude. I ordered biryani takeaway and showed them my discount - only to be told it wasn't valid. I'm getting quite accustomed to dodgy operators try and rip me off with the book in Perth so I simply challenged the basis for this and they tried to tell me it was only for dine in. As I have the app I brought up the terms and tried to show them their voucher specifically stated it was valid for takeaway, then they changed their story saying I had to spend $30 or more. I again patiently showed them this was not the case and why on the app, and so they changed their story again.<br>

I was fed up so I asked for the manager and the girl who had been quite petulant and rude offered to speak to the Chef (who knows why). She came back and said it was fine but then proceeded to ask me if I had dined there and lecture me on how it was better value to dine in with the discount - I said again 9<br>
patiently that this was incorrect as it was the same rate of discount regardless and she seemed to be looking for ways to add more snide comments to me with the second waitress then ignoring other customers to chime in and gang up on me. I'm not sure what the heck was going on and why a simple 25% off was so hard and why they were looking for multiple ways to put me down but I certainly didn't appreciate the attitude. <br>

I wouldn't have felt quite as tipped off if the biryani had been good but it was quite bland and dry with barely any chicken. I notified the Entertainment book people of the issues with the card and they had also gotten a rude response and the owner lying to them about what had happened. There are many other Indian restaurants nearby that are so much tastier, cheaper AND value their customers. I will not be coming back - there is enough bad service around but this was quite deliberately rude and based on their very polite treatment of Anglo customers I can only put it down to race issues as I was very polite and nice to them right up to leaving. Disgusting attitude."

"Two girlfriends and I decided to try this restaurant for a catch up. We got the special of $5 beer, wine, cider if you buy a main meal. We decided to share so we got the mac cheese balls ($5), Mamma's balls (meatballs and gnocchi) that was ok, The pulled ball bag (pork balls with nachos thing) balls dry and very disappointing. Vegeta-balls and nuts (mushroom arancini) that was ok. We had two rounds of drinks and coffees. $53 each. Service was friendly adn the owner or manager was very nice. I wont be back in a hurry."
