"On 2 separate occasions we ordered 2 different pizzas each time. Both times the pizzas arrived cold and they both tasted the same, very bland (flavourless). Domino's is 2 steps up from this overpriced... stuff."

"We stayed at the Beachcomber next door and was attracted to this by pure convenience and the $15.90 all you can eat pizza and pasta. Firstly the waitress clearly didn't want to be there, secondly there were only 2 pizzas to choose from and it was only 6pm, it was mostly soggy and almost cold. The pasta was a choice of spaghetti, fetticcini or Penn, half of it was hard and the other half barely warm. The choice of carbonara (I think), mushroom and tomato sauces were also cold and tasted revolting. Salad what a joke as was the fruit salad which looked like it has come from a can. We were asked to pay for this before being seated and, although we should have asked for a refund, we didn't and we just left. I was really annoyed to find that 3 days later this place was shut down, and its whole interior being removed. Why were they still operating and taking money from people when they were closing. At least this explained the poor service and food. Never again, even if they re open."

"Best pizza 's on the Gold Coast by far! Hot and hearty with generous toppings (not like the other guys! . Love the family size so there 's leftovers for lunch the next day. Delicious cold, too. We have pizza night at home usually once a week and we always order from Maries. The pizzas have always been hot and fresh and delivered on time or before. Yes, you will pay a touch more with Maries compared to the 'cheap ' chain, but it 's totally worth it to get a 'quality ' pizza that 's well cooked and has a decent amount of topping. Plus, it feels good to support a great Aussie business that 's been serving the local community for decades."

"I will never order gluten free or any pizza from this company again. Base was soggy and not cooked and completely stuck to the box. Order was completely incorrect with additional toppings not ordered and toppings ordered not on the pizza. What's more is I...emailed the company directly and also from their website link to describe what happened. It's now over three weeks and guess what? Don't even have the decency or good manners to respond."
