"This restaurant is in a beautiful setting with a mezzanine floor overlooking the sea. When we arrived with our 2 children the waiter started to direct us towards this part of the restaurant and his colleague told him to seat us in the downstairs area next to a large TV showing old films. He explained that the upstairs level was fully booked although upon inspection there was only 1 table with a reservation on it and maybe 10 unused tables. We proceeded to order our meals with the help of our waiter and a translation book. After about half an hour my pasta agile et olio arrived with no garlic and chilli but this was fine as I swapped with my daughter who likes pasta like this. The pasta with tomato sauce was almost fridge cold. My husbands swordfish tortellini arrived about 20 minutes after our initial meals. We reminded the waiter at least twice that we were still waiting for salad and potatoes. They arrived as my husband finished his meal so we returned these to the kitchen. I'm sorry to say that the food we chose was mediocre at best and the service was beyond slow and disjointed. Other diners had arrived and been served by the time some of our meal arrived. The waiter interrupted us when we were asking questions to deal with other people and we were overcharged for our drinks. Not the helpful, charming and welcoming experience we have enjoyed so far in Italy."

Accomodated at the table we were recommended on the menu consisting of an appetizer of local products very good and very rich and a local wine also very good. We continued with first and second and the sweet “homemade” from the owners themselves of the structure.
